Features
The ultrasonic spindle module delivers high power and high-performance cutting capability while effectively reducing tool wear and energy consumption. It adopts a non-contact power transmission system, enabling spindle speeds of up to 24,000 RPM.
By improving transmission efficiency and integrating a patented ultrasonic tool holder, the system eliminates the vibration loss issue found in conventional ultrasonic spindles where the transducer is built into the spindle shaft. This ensures stable and efficient electrical performance.
The module is also equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) to support multi-tool machining on a single workpiece, along with automatic frequency tracking, frequency locking, and resonance matching functions.
